of our client families who select cremation. Each of these packages, offers our commitment to give you the highest quality

“Honor”
Complete Service With Cremation
Share your fondest memories with family and friends. Visitation can be scheduled the day
before or the same day as a ceremony. Our staff will arrange for a ceremony at a church or place of worship. Or you can choose
to have the ceremony in our funeral home.
Our Signature
Services are included from the minute we take your loved one into our care. Our professional staff will work through all of
the details to create a personalized tribute at unique as the life being celebrated.
Our professional staff can also assist with committal services for inurnment, burial, or scattering
in a local cemetery.

of Facilities and Staff for Visitation (up to six hours)

Life Tribute
We will be honored to host your family and friends for visitation followed by a memorial service
in our facilities. We find that many families prefer this simple tribute
Our services begin when your loved one is taken into our care. The visitation and memorial service
can be customized to fit your wishes, including video tributes and meaningful musical selections.
Our professional and caring staff can also assist with committal service for
burial, inurnment, or scattering.
Remembrance
Service Includes:

of Facilities and Staff for Visitation (up to four hours)
- Use of Equipment and Staff for Funeral Service

Memorial Service
Some families prefer to choose a service that remembers there loved one after
the cremation process has taken place. The Journey Memorial Service is more of a celebration where the family and friends
share stories of a life well-lived.
A memorial tribute
allows the family to plan the service at a time when all who wish to participate can join together at the facility desired.
Our professional and caring staff will help to see that all the details are carried out to perfection.
The Journey Service can be held in addition to a public or private tribute
service.

A Private, Informal Goodbye
The Reflections Service offers a private visitation
for the immediate family allowing you to say goodbye in a simple, private setting. Afterwards you may consider hosting a Memorial
Tribute service to enjoy the support of family friends at a time that is more convenient.
Dignity Service Includes:
- Basic Service of Funeral Director and Staff
- Transfer of Deceased to the Funeral Home (within 50 miles of
funeral home)
- Transfer
of Deceased to the Crematory
- Use of Equipment and Staff for Visitation (up to 2 hours)
- Choice of Personalized Permanent Memorial Urn (up
to $375.00 value)

Oak Rental Casket
Direct Cremation
Our charge for direct cremation without any attendant rites or ceremonies includes removal of remains, local transportation
to crematory, necessary authorizations and basic services of staff. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use
and alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition
materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are fiberboard boxes.
