Mitchell Cleveland Davis

Mitchell Cleveland Davis, 80, of Cloverport, died Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Medco Nursing and Rehab Center in Fordsville, Kentucky.  He was a retired farmer.
 
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
 
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Burns Funeral Home in Cloverport, Kentucky with burial in Cloverport Cemetery.
 
Visitations will be Tuesday, March 9, 2010 from 5-8PM and after 9:00 AM till funeral time at 11:00 AM on Wednesday.

Dorothy Ann Smiley

Dorothy Ann Smiley, 81; of Cloverport, died Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
 
She was also a housewife, an member of Cloverport Baptist Church.
 
Survivors include:  (2) Sons; Danny Smiley and Jimmy Smiley both of Cloverport, KY., (4) Daughters:  Connie Smiley and Marie Voyles both of Cloverport, KY., Ann Henderson of Owensboro, KY., and Sharon Henning of Hardinsburg, KY., (3) Brothers:  James Andrew McClellan, John G. McClellan and McArthur McClellan all of Cloverport, KY., (7) Sisters:  Del Cahal of Hawesville, KY., Eva DeWitt and Louise Stillwell both of Lewisport, KY., Sylvia Priest, Linda Nash and Shirley Robbins all of Hardinsburg, KY., and Vallery Powers of Cloverport, KY., (17) Grandchildren, (1) Step Grandchild, Several Great Grandchildren and (2) Step Great Grandchildren.
 
Funeral Services will be Monday, March 8, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Burns Funeral Home in Cloverport, KY., with burial in Cloverport Cemetery.
 
Visitations will be Sunday, March 7, 2010 from 3-8 PM and after 9 AM till funeral time on Monday.

Kenneth Thomas Smith, 70, of Stephensport, KY, died Monday, March 1, 2010 at Hardin Memorial Hospital.

He was a retired mechanic for Probus Automotive.

He is survived by (1) Son; Tommy Smith of Stephensport, KY; (1) Daughter: Susie King of Stephensport, KY, (1) Brother:  Orbie Smith of Stephensport, KY, (6) Grandchildren and (1) Great Grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 5, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Stephensport United Methodist Church with burial in Stephensport Christian Cemetery.

Visitations will be held Friday, March 5, 2010 from 11:00 AM till funeral time at 1:00 PM at Stephensport United Methodist Church.

Luana Clark; 49, of Cloverport, died Monday, February 15, 2010 at her home.  She was a former store clerk.

She is survived by her husband:  Kevin Clark of Cloverport, KY, (1) Son:  Dustin Sloan of Warsaw IN;, and (1) Daughter:  Kimberly Sloan of Warsaw, IN., (1) Brother and several sisters.

There will be no visitations or funeral services.

Virginia Isabelle Galens Voyles

Virginia Isabelle Galens Voyles, 83, of Cloverport, died Saturday, February 6, 2009 at Medco Center of Hardinsburg,KY.

She was a former employee of Tell City Chair Company in Tell City, IN., and a member of the old E.U. B. Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Paul and Dora Blair Galens and a son, James Paul Voyles
She is survived by her husband Robert Voyles of Cloverport, (2) Sons:  Greg Voyles of Omaha, Nebraska, and Tim Voyles of Cloverport, KY., (1) Daughter:  Patricia Wheatley of Cloverport, KY, (1) Brother:  Paul Galens of Louisville, KY., (4) Grandchildren and (6) Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Burns Funeral Home in Cloverport, KY., with burial in Cloverport Cemetery.

Visitations will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2010 from 1-8 PM and Wednesday, February 10, 2010 from 9:00 AM till funeral time at 2:00 PM.

Charles E. Bradley, 71, of Fordsville, formerly of Owensboro, died Friday, January 1, 2010, at Breckenridge Memorial Hospital.  He was a retired foreman for Brothers Furniture.

Preceded in death by his parents Nathan and Ethel Adams Bradley and (2) Brothers; Maurice and James Oakley Bradley.

Survivors include:  A companion; Grace Norris of Fordsville, Ky, (1) Son:  Scott (Amy) Bradley of Cloverport, KY, (3) Daughters:  Jenny Bradley and Sissy (Paul) West all of Cloverport, KY, and Shannon (Donnie) Wardrip of Brandenburg, KY; (3) Brothers:  Ralph Bradley, Bobby Bradley and Barry Bradley all of Owensboro, KY, (1) Sister:  Nell Barrentine of Owensboro, KY., (11) Grandchildren and (3) Great Grandchildren, Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 5th, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Burns Funeral Home in Cloverport, KY., with a private burial.

Visitations will be held Monday, January 4th, 2010 from 5-8 PM and after 9 AM till funeral time on Tuesday.

The family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Breckinridge Memorial Hospital.  Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
